Kuwait won the first T20 International

It’s natural to be surprised by the title. How many people know the international cricket that Kuwait plays in the Middle East country? Kuwait took their first win in international T20. That too against the United Arab Emirates, who have been a well-known team in the cricket circuit for a long time.

Kuwait made history by defeating the United Arab Emirates by one wicket in a tense match in the Asia Cup qualifiers.

Batting first in the match held at the Al Emirates Stadium, the UAE scored a huge score of 173 runs. Everyone thought that Kuwait would be buried in this run hill. But in reality, it’s something different. Kuwait’s Edson Silver scored 25 runs off 15 balls to win the match with one ball remaining.
