Current champion Bangladesh lost to Pakistan

Defending champions Bangladesh have lost to Pakistan in the ongoing edition of the Women’s Asia Cup. Pakistan girls defeated Bangladesh by 9 wickets at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Pakistan reached the target of 71 runs given by Bangladesh with 46 balls in hand.
Pakistan opener Sidra Amin remained unbeaten on 36 and captain Bismah Maruf remained unbeaten on 12.

The other opener Muniba Ali was dismissed for 14 runs. Salma Khatun got her wicket. Earlier, after losing the toss and batting, the Girls of Bangladesh faced the wrath of the Pakistani bowlers.
